A managed travel desk for teams of 2 to 20
Nobody owns travel at your company. Now somebody does.
Your team books the trips they were going to book anyway. We check several rates on every one. The stay comes loaded – breakfast, an upgrade, a credit. Your travelers keep every point. And every month, a report on where the money went.
Options back in hours, booked the moment you approve.
Per week off your team’s plate – the booking, the changes, the 11pm cancellations.
Back per trip in perks, credits and rate savings, on trips you were taking anyway.
The situation
Right now travel is one of these three, and none of them are bad decisions. They are just what happens when it is nobody’s actual job.
They are good at their job, and this is not it. No supplier relationships, no rate leverage, no visibility into whether a $340 room was a good deal. It quietly consumes four to six hours a week that should be going somewhere else.
Whatever looked cheapest on a booking site, expensed after the fact, reconciled never. Your team gets the worst room on the lowest floor and you find out what it cost forty days later.
Which is the most expensive hour in the building, spent comparing flight times.
A travel desk fixes this the way an outsourced bookkeeper fixes the books. Someone whose actual job it is, with the relationships to do it properly, at a price you will stop noticing by month two.
What you are actually buying
First we win the rate. Then we load the stay.
Companies your size book retail and get retail. The desk checks several rates for the same room – member rates, agency rates, the public price – books whichever wins, and rebooks if the price drops before check-in. And because it books through preferred partner programs, the stay comes loaded, with your traveler’s loyalty number still on the reservation.
Run that across a year.
Sixty trips a year at the low end of that range is roughly $9,000 of value your team was leaving on the table, on trips you were already paying for.
Which means the desk more than pays for itself before we get to the part where your EA stops spending Thursday afternoon on Kayak.
Perk values are typical ranges across preferred partner properties and vary by hotel and rate. We will confirm exactly what comes with the room at the properties your team uses before you sign anything.

How it works
Three steps, and none of them are yours.
Someone needs to go somewhere
They send an email, or drop it in Slack or Teams. Where, when, and anything that matters. That is the entire ask on your side.
Options same day, booked on approval
Two or three options with a clear recommendation, checked across several rates and matched to your policy. Approve, and it is booked on your card. Confirmation lands in their inbox and yours.
You get a report on the first
Where the money went, by traveler and category, against last month, with the value we recovered laid out line by line.

One email, and you will know.
Forward us the confirmation from your team’s last hotel booking. Within one business day we will reply with what the same stay would have been through the desk – the rate we would have found and what would have come with the room. If we would not have beaten it, we will say so.
No meeting, no homework – forward it to
